Cloud management from Sophos Central
The AP6 Series is managed from the Sophos Central platform. Customers using other Sophos products can manage Wi-Fi in the same console as all other security solutions. A local management option is also available for a single AP.
- Important: AP6 Series access points cannot be managed from any Sophos firewall.

We have announced an end-of-life date for our Wi-Fi 5 APX Series hardware of December 31, 2027. Customers who own APX devices can continue to use them on a supported platform until the EOL date. As Sophos Wireless Protection is included in the Base License purchased with every appliance, there are no additional subscription costs to consider. All existing APX models can also be managed in Sophos Central at no extra charge.
